I have a bit of a dialemma!
Last year of uni I put on so much weight. Really though, roughly a stone and a half. I wouldn’t call myself fat, but I’m not happy. So yesterday I signed up for kickboxing and this year I’ll be walking to campus instead of catching the bus (Around a 3m journey there and back).
However, I’m extremely ill. I get migraines all the time that leave me bed ridden for days and not be able to eat. I’m terrified of loosing weight the wrong way. I’m pretty healthy bar a few odd nights out and takeaways.
I’m only feverfew tablets as no ‘real’ medication I’ve tried works.
I’m just wondering if maybe I should put things on hold till I’m better? (But I’ve been ill for years so ir might never get better) Also, does anyone have anything they’d recommend for migraines?

Probably best to seek advice from your doctor. They should be able to say what will be wise and what isn’t :)
